Add support for the Vindi payment gateway in Extended Checkout

As a user of the Extended Checkout app, I would like to be able to add and capture detailed information from the Vindi payment gateway, in the same way as is currently possible with Pagar.me and Mercado Pago. This is important so that I can centralize and organize the data of all my payment gateways through the app.
